I get, at best, dots of filament on the bed by putting pressure on the filament and wiggling it around. While technically more of an honorable mention than an actual ender 3 dual extruder, the mosaic palette 3 and palette 3 pro are by far the simplest option to use your ender 3 to make multicolored prints without needing to actively modify your printer.
